We hauled hay, it was actually fun...surprising, I know. Chance had the best time I think.
Dustin got to drive the truck down the rows of hay, he only hit a couple bales :) Love you dust.
Me & my sweet man hangin in the hay. We were in charge of counting & stacking.
Of course we were too tired to unload it when we got home & then of course it came in & rained. Soooo, me & the boys had to run out in the rain & save it with tarps. Not as easy as it looks.
Grandpa helping lighten my load...literally!
Best buddies
Grandpa & the kiddos decided to play in the rain. Sorry for the crappy pic, I didn't want to go outside & get more wet. They stomped, jumped, rolled, & danced in the rain!
Chance made his own costume of his idol "Iron Man!" You can guess what he wanted for his birthday ;)
Back in Colorado, playing dress up in the front yard. Yep, our neighbors think we're freaks. Whatever.
You will notice how she grows throughout this post. Isn't she beautiful?
Chance had a VERY low key birthday this year. We had just gotten back from Texas & were too tired to plan anything. He totally got the shaft, I am lame. But he did get his...
IRON MAN TOYS!!
We decided to be spontaneous & make a last minute, non-planned tip to Winterpark over the 4th of July. We ended up staying less than 24 hours, took 2 kids to the ER, got rained on, & stayed in a "suite" where the biggest bed folded out of the wall. Note to self: spontenaiety is NOT for parents of little kids & hotels.com does NOT have good last minute deals at "nice" places.
Child labor at its best:
In September we took a girls trip to NYC:

Seriously?
We found this sweet beach called "Jaws Beach" because its where they filmed on of the Jaws movies. Turns out a fisher went missing from that same beach a few days after we were there. They found his body in the belley of a tiger shark. Maybe thats why we had the beach completely to ourselves...
Our Group!
Our waiters dancing for us at dinner. It was so funny!
Yep, those are my toes & that is our ship. Can it get any better?
