Move to Denver

Well, we made the treck up to Denver and moved to a small town 30 minutes north of Denver called Mead. It's right by Longmont. The town has an old gas station, town hall and fire station in the same small building and nothing else. Everything we need is within 15 minutes so were good though. The first two weeks here, Kenedi did nothing but scream all day and all night. Chance wet the bed a couple times but other than that, we've adjusted. The first thing we did when we moved in was put touch up paint on the walls. Luckily it was a glossy paint and the walls were a flat so we had shinny spots EVERYWHERE! It looked lame. Who leaves touch up paint that ain't even the right kind behind? The garage and basement are full of stuff that should be thrown out, but hasn't been and we have rooms with no furniture and and no money to furnish them... The scenery out here is awesome however. There are snow capped mountains in the distance and green pastures all over are little town and that's a huge change from dead Havasu. Our ward has 150 primary kids and 2 sunbeams classes so that is nice. Everyone is super friendly too. Kinda weird. Audrie is also excited because all the granola eating tree huggers from Boulder (10 minutes away) don't shave their pits or legs so she has thrown away her razors to conform. I don't even notice though because I got 3 months free cinemax for hooking up the satellite dish so I just watch movies. Anyways, keep saying your prayers and maybe if were lucky, Audrie will take over and run this blog thing............
